What can you see in Belize and the Belize real estate options

Top places to see in Belize and the Belize real estate occasions. Belize is a fabulous travel destination but you can also transform in a permanent tourist if you explore the local real estate market in Belize and buy a property here. 1st let’s talk about a few attractions in Belize and we will finish with some advices about becoming a permanent tourist by buying a property in Belize.

Altun Ha is one of Belize’s most famous ruins and is easily accessible from Belize City. Mayan for “Rockstone Pond” or “Water of the Rock,” Altun Ha was an important trading post and ceremonial site as well as an agricultural center. Visitors can explore 13 temples and two main plazas at the site. The Temple of the Masonry Altars, dating from the early 7th century, is the largest of the temple-pyramids and the most significant structure. Visitors can climb to its top for beautiful 360-degree vistas. Excavation of the Temple of the Green Tomb uncovered the crypt of a Mayan priest-king, and many of the accompanying artifacts remain intact, including pottery, pearls, jade pendants, and stingray spines used in Mayan bloodletting rites. A famous discovery at Altun Ha is the Jade Head. This sculpted mask of the Mayan Sun God is the largest carved jade object found in the Mayan area.

Ambergris Caye is the largest of several hundred islands in the northernmost waters of Belize. The island is the top tourist destination in Belize, and its lack of high-rise hotels or big city traffic gives the island a relaxed, laid-back feel. Most people get around Ambergris Caye by simply walking. There’s a great deal of quality hotels in town, and many resorts on the island are less than a mile from the town of San Pedro, the only urbanized area on the island. Many travelers enjoy renting golf carts, which are the dominant form of transportation, next to bicycles.

A 16-mile-long stretch of golden sands in southeastern Belize, the Placencia Peninsula is rapidly becoming the eco-tourism capital of Belize where golf carts and bicycles are the principal form of travel. The eastern side of the peninsula fronts the gorgeous Caribbean Sea while the western side forms a mangrove-lined lagoon brimming with fish and other species. Whether you’re using Placencia as a jumping off point to popular destinations on the Belize Barrier Reef or simply as a great place to relax, the Placencia Peninsula is definitely a must see destination.

Belize attractions and climate makes purchasing a house here a sweet thought. Imagine living permanently there… the joy. Many people often ask us why the Platinum Coast (West Coast) & Secret Beach is just beginning to undergo rapid development given its beautiful beaches and sunset views and the story goes back to when the island was first developed. As many of you already know, in a tourism destination the most coveted coast is almost always the West Coast because of the amazing sunsets. The island of Ambergris Caye was however originally developed on the East Coast to accommodate the reef and the fisherman who wanted to get out first thing in the morning to fish. The East coast of Ambergris Caye has been developed leaving the west coast to be forgotten, until now. See extra info at Mahogany Bay Village property for sale.

World top locations selection with high quality tours! Do you want to enjoy a blue sky on a perfect beach ? Ibiza is a fabulous destination to relax. What can you do in Ibiza? Island of Es Vedra: This uninhabited island off the southwest coast of Ibiza is protected as a natural park. You can get there by boat from San Antonio or Ibiza Town, while the water sports centres around the island organise jet-ski tours or snorkelling excursions here. It’s a beautiful, almost otherworldly place; a rugged island with a monolithic slab of sheer limestone that crests at 413 metres. Climb ashore and bring your camera to capture the drama of the landscapes and the wildlife including goats, lizards and falcons.

Los Angeles is a fabulous destination, so much glamour, a must see for any travel fan. Universal Studios Theme Park has a variety of mind-blowing rides based on movie themes, but is also a working movie studio. You can take a guided tour of the studios and explore behind the scenes of some of Universal’s most popular movie sets. The main attraction for most people is usually the rides, which range from simulators to roller coasters. Favorite movie and TV-themed rides and sets include The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, The Walking Dead, The Simpsons, and Transformers. You can easily spend a day or two here, particularly if the park is busy and wait times are long. When you are tired of the rides, you can check out CityWalk, a three-block entertainment area, with shopping, dining, and theaters. To save time standing in long lines consider purchasing a Skip the Line: Front of Line Pass at Universal Studios Hollywood. This handy ticket gives you one-time fast entry to each of the park’s rides, attractions, and shows, as well as behind-the-scenes access to select attractions. Searching for cheap hotels? Tibet is a fabulous travel destination, so much history and mystery. Mount Everest is many travelers’ dream. Although Mount Everest is attractive, and to see it closely is every traveler’s dream, the trip is not suitable for the faint-hearted. Altitude sickness is the biggest trouble, and almost everyone is affected at Mt. Everest Base Camp, at altitude 5,200 meters. Travel to Mount Everest is relatively expensive. Some travelers prefer to join a group to share the price. But it is better to take a private tour, so that you will be cared for individually by a private guide. Any small health problem may become serious quickly at such altitudes. Founded by the First Dalai Lama in 1447, Tashilhunpo Monastery is one of the six big monasteries in Tibet. It is the seat of the Panchen Lama, the second ranking person in the Gelugpa Tibetan Buddhist hierarchy, after the Dalai Lama. The monastery houses the tombs of Panchen Lamas and a 22.4-meter statue of Maitreya Buddha. Tashilhunpo remains popular among the Tibetans, as they carry on coming here on pilgrimage. Standing on the entrance of Tashilhunpo, you can see the grand buildings with golden roofs and white walls. The remarkable Tangka wall which is nine-floor high, displays the images of Buddha on the 14th, 15th and 16th of May every year following the Tibetan Lunar Calendar. Besides the grand palace and gigantic statues, the Tashilhunpo also treasures characteristic wall paintings. Because of the variety of shapes, resplendent colors and exquisite painting, the murals are considered to be another masterpiece of Buddhist art. Rare sutras, tangka, china and glass service of the Ming and Qing Dynasties are also invaluable asserts found in the monastery. These are good relics for researching the history and society of Tibet.

Fabulous Turkey … the place at the center between East and West cultures. The surreal swooping rock valleys of Cappadocia are every photographer’s dream. Cliff ridges and hill crests are home to rippling panoramas of wave-like rock or wacky-shaped pinnacles that have been formed by millennia of wind and water action. And if you don’t feel like hiking for the views, this is one of the world’s top destinations to take a hot air balloon ride. If the lunarscape isn’t enough to tempt you, nestled in these valleys are the frescoed rock-cut churches of the Byzantine Era, when this area was an important early Christian site. RV trailer cover advices

RV covers are very important for your road van, car or truck good overall condition. Parking your truck exposed to the extreme heat during the time it stays parked can result in roof damage and leaks. So what’s the best way to protect your RV?

An RV cover prevents excessive heat buildup in your travel trailer or motorhome. Peak temperatures will almost be half of those of an uncovered RV. The best way to block UV rays is with a physical barrier – therefore, an RV cover is the best UV protection you can get. The cost of a cover will pay for itself just by slowing down the need to reseal seams, replace cracked parts, and maintain resale value by preserving paint and decal quality. An RV cover – a good RV cover – will also provide a physical barrier between your unit and snow, ice, and water. Finally, when dirt accumulates on an RV cover and runs down the sides, it’s only running down the sides of the cover… not your RV.

Storing your RV cover back into its protective bag has always been one of the most frustrating things to do. When you get a new RV Cover, it comes folded perfectly and packed tightly in a nice little storage bag. Once you’ve removed it and used it though, folding the cover back up perfectly and packing it into that storage bag is nearly impossible. Frankly, I think it’s a waste of time so I’ve come up with a better approach. Buy a large plastic garbage can with wheels on it from your local home store, With your cover on the ground, fold it up as much as you need to, then stuff it in the can (It doesn’t have to be perfect), Put the extra straps and stuff that came with the cover in the can on top of the cover, Place the lid on the garbage can and roll it away until the next time you need it

Also, roofs have caulking that seals all “holes” caused by the installation of RV roof vents, skylights, antennas, and anything else RV manufacturers stick up on top. A cover can help preserve the life of this caulking as well. If you live in the extreme Southeast or Southwest, a good travel trailer cover or RV cover might be a good investment, especially if you live in an area that doesn’t get much wind. These areas have higher UV exposure so it could help preserve your paint.

You will need to be very careful when installing a cover on your RV. It is also not very easy to remove, especially if it’s wet. Very strong winds can rip your cover off, if it’s not secured properly. Find someone to help you. If you’re on the roof, it helps to have someone on the ground. Take the cover out of its box, then spread it flat on the ground. Un-clip all hooks, open all zippers, and get a good look at it. Figure out what goes where and how. It can be dangerous to climb up on the roof, so be confident of your footing, and your RV’s ability to handle your weight.

Watch BBC TV on vacations

So you settled in your beautiful travel destination, the sun is shining and you enjoy a warm day on the beach. You would want to watch british TV while on holidays. The vacation is great but the geo locations makes you unable to watch your favourite show.

For example, last week i visited an awesome destination. Switzerland is a dream country but also one of the most expensive. Not having your legal documents in order can cost you a lot here. So we will discuss the amazing places and also the practical tips regarding insurance and other legal stuff. In a stunning location, perched on a peninsula of the River Aare, the Swiss capital of Bern exudes old world charm, and the city’s medieval old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Strolling along the cobbled streets, visitors can explore the tallest cathedral in Switzerland, with panoramic views from its tower; 16th-century fountains; the Zytglogge medieval clock tower with moving puppets; and six kilometers of shopping arcades, called “Lauben” by the locals. The Rose Garden (Rosengarten) offers beautiful views of the old town center. Bern boasts many excellent museums, and art-lovers will appreciate the impressive galleries, including the Zentrum Paul Klee, the world’s largest collection of works by this famous artist, and the Bern Museum of Art (Kunstmuseum). Don’t miss the markets, held in the Bundesplatz (parliament square) with views of the elegant Renaissance-style parliament building (Bundeshaus). Families will also enjoy a visit to the Bear Park.

Here are some shows i like the most, i can’t stay one day without watching, even in vacation! Baptiste: Having filmed over the summer of 2018 in Belgium and aired on BBC One earlier this year, Baptiste is a spin-off from the first two series of Jack and Harry Williams’ very successful crime drama The Missing. It features The Missing’s French detective Julien Baptiste (Tcheky Karyo), alongside Tom Hollander. It tells the story of a missing persons case with which Baptiste becomes involved while visiting his daughter in Amsterdam, where the chief of police also happens to be Baptiste’s ex.

Chernobyl: How’s this for a cast? Jared Harris, Stellan Skarsgard and Emily Watson lead this Sky/HBO co-production, which tells the true life story of the Chernobyl nuclear plant disaster. Set in Ukraine in April 1986, this miniseries relates the experiences of the men and women who suffered and died in this unimaginable tragedy. It recently concluded its UK run to great acclaim and is currently available to stream on NOW TV.

I wanted to watch BBC while i was visiting this location but, unfortunately, the BBC is currently only available to those who are inside the UK, it runs a check against your IP (internet address) and determines where you are in the world. If it finds out you are not in the UK, you will get the error: “BBC iPlayer only works in the UK. Sorry, it’s due to rights issues”. The solution is to reroute your connection through British proxy servers, this is excatly what Beebs does, bypassing the rights issues. You need to be using Google Chrome, download & install this internet browser. Install Beebs. Beebs will automatically refresh your browser & reroute your connection to the UK. See extra info on Watch british TV while travelling abroad.

Travel on a low budget, here are some locations you must not pass

Nepal and Himalaya are a fabulous place if you are searching for adventure and ancient history feeling. Pokhara, at the base of the foothills, is 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu and surrounded by some of the highest mountains in the world – Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, and Annapurna I. For many trekkers, Pokhara is the gateway to the Himalayas. It is the starting point for treks to Jomsom and the Annapurna region. But visitors will enjoy Pokhara and the beautiful scenery even if they are not planning on heading off on a hike. By population, it is the second largest town in Nepal after Kathmandu but still does not feel like a big city. People coming from the Kathmandu Valley notice the much cleaner air and pleasant climate almost immediately. Lake Phewa, with its cluster of lakeside hotels, restaurants, and shops, is ideal for those looking for relaxation and for day excursions.

Have you ever wanted to spend a day and a night on your own beautiful island? An island paradise smack-bang in the middle of gorgeous clear blue seas where there’s no one else around?A place where all you have to do is jump in the water when it gets too hot? Well, the island you see in the image above is one of those. We stayed there on our second night. Well that’s San Blas. It gets even better. We had a Kuna Native visit us. An hour after he left he dropped off some ice cold beers we could enjoy around the fire on our own island. I guess Robinson Crusoe wouldn’t have minded that service! San Blas is lobster heaven. If you go snorkelling the chances are high that you will see them hiding in their little shelters. If not you can buy one from the Kunas and have it cooked to perfection by a local for $6. Not $60 like you’ll have to pay in a fancy restaurant in Europe. $6 in San Blas. See more details on Cheapest hotels booking.

Commissioned by Napoleon III in 1860, the Palais Garnier Opera House was designed by Charles Garnier in an exuberant Baroque style. Garnier worked tirelessly on the project for over a decade, from 1862 to 1875. Today, the opulent monument is a symbol of Napoleon’s Imperial regime. The facade features classical columns and eight sculptures representing allegorical figures: Poetry, Music, Idyll, Recitation, Song, Drama, and Dance. The loggia depicts busts of composers, including Rossini, Beethoven, and Mozart, while the cupola is topped with a statue of Apollo with allegorical figures of Poetry and Music. Upon entering the building, visitors are dazzled by the lavish 11,000-square-meter interior. Most of the building’s space is dedicated to the grand foyer with its fabulous Grand Escalier, marble entrance staircase, adorned by ornate gilded lamps.

Thailand is a an awesome destination if you are searching for adventure and ancient history exploration. Thailand’s reputation as a country of beautiful landscapes and friendly people is thanks largely to the world-renowned southern beaches. Most people don’t realize that the vast north is also home to breathtaking landscapes, though these are of a different nature entirely. Northern Thailand, particularly the western region near the Burmese border, is marked by mountainous jungle terrain that is both rugged and beautiful. Pai, in Mae Hong Son province, is a perfect place from which to enjoy the country’s natural beauty as well as the famed Thai hospitality and cooking. This small town has developed a reputation as a mecca for hippies and backpackers, though you will see locals and families here as well. There is a small nightly walking street market, a variety of local and Western foods, and easy access to nearby temples, waterfalls, and the impressive Pai canyon. There is an air of cheerfulness and relaxation as you walk through the tiny town center, and it is this vibe that continues to draw crowds season after season.

Is Travala the best place to book hotels ? In my opinion yes, and here is why i think so. First is their very huge offer of hotel rooms, with access to providers such as HotelsPro, HotelDO, Restel, HotelBeds and many more on board, there’s no wonder Travala can offer access to 567,928 Properties in 82,311 Destinations across 210 Countries. But there are many travel booking websites with a large offer so what makes Travala stand up ? Well, you can use crypto currency to book hotel rooms! Many people think crypto is something that stays in computers with no value in the real world. A big surprise! You can use your crypto currency to book vacations, flights and hotels.

And the final strong point is their interface and affiliate model. What i love about Travala is its ease of use and the user experience it provides to customers that might not know a thing about cryptocurrencies. With a familiar interface akin to the likes of big centralized players such as Expedia, Priceline, etc, it’s more of the same on the design front (which is a good thing).

Did you tought that your Bitcoins are useless ? Wrong! Here are some nice hotels where you can book with Travala! Four Seasons Hotel Westcliff Johannesburg is a lively social hub for the city’s elite, and the first choice for business and holiday travellers – providing a pampering start or finish for a South African safari.

And several more fabulous hotels where you can book rooms with Travala using your crypto currency! Peninsula Paris: In a city of opulent hotels, this relative newbie set a new standard on opening in April 2015. The 200 guest rooms and 86 suites were designed with Parisian haute-couture in mind, so it’s custom furnishings, wood paneling and gold leaf accents galore paired the latest in-room digital technology. Top locations to see all around the world with the travel club

The Arc de Triomphe is dedicated to the soldiers who fought in the French armies of the Revolution and the First Empire (Napoleonic Wars). Napoleon commissioned the building of this mighty structure in 1806 but did not live to see its completion in 1836. Designed by JF Chalgrin, the massive 50-meter-high arch features bas-reliefs with larger-than-life-size figures, which depict the departure, victories, and glorious return of the French armies. Particularly noteworthy is the bas-relief by Francois Rude on the Champs-Elysees-facing side: Departure of the Volunteers of 1792, also known as The Marseillaise, illustrating the troops led by the winged spirit of Liberty. On the inner surface of the arch are the names of more than 660 generals and more than a hundred battles. From the top of the monument, a viewing platform affords panoramic views of the 12 avenues that radiate from the Place de l’Etoile, including the route from the Champs-Elysees to Place de la Concorde and the Louvre. It’s possible to see all the way to La Defense, Montmartre, and the Eiffel Tower.

Do you want to bath in the sun ? Miami is a perfect destination to relax. What can you do in Miami? This National Historic Landmark, set on 28 acres, was the luxurious winter home of 20th-century industrialist, James Deering. Built in 1916, the mansion features 34 rooms arranged around a central courtyard. It took more than 1,100 workers and craftsmen to complete the Vizcaya project, many of whom were brought over from Europe to ensure authenticity in design. The Italian Renaissance-style villa is filled with an impressive collection of European furniture and decorative arts from the 15th to 19th centuries. The grounds and gardens contain beautiful Italian and French fountains, pools, and sculptures. A breakwater at the base of the steps leading into Biscayne Bay is an ornately carved barge, featuring female figures.

The smart way of booking luxury hotels around the world – Privateupgrades. China is a fascinating place if you are searching for ancient history mixed with modern attractions feeling. An easy 15-kilometer commute from Beijing, the sumptuous Imperial Summer Palace (Yíhé Yuán) is set amid more than 700 acres of beautiful parkland and is one of China’s most visited attractions. While the palace itself was built in 1153, its large lake was added in the 14th century to enhance the Imperial Gardens. Highlights include the magnificent Hall of Well-being and Longevity (Renshou Dian) with its throne, and the beautiful Great Theatre, a private three-story structure built in 1891 to satisfy the imperial family’s love of opera and still used for performances of traditional Chinese plays and musical events. Other highlights include the Hall of Happiness and Longevity (Le Shou Tang Hall), with its lovely gardens and courtyards, as well as many miles of picturesque pathways and walking trails. If time allows, try to also take in the ruins of the Old Summer Palace, said to have once been one of the country’s most elaborate and architecturally attractive palaces, but which was sadly destroyed by colonial forces in the mid-1800s.

Thailand is a an awesome location if you are looking for ancient history mixed with modern attractions exploration. Even if your plans for Thailand mainly involve frolicking on a beach, cozying up to elephants, and eating as much Massaman curry and tom ka gai as humanly possible, you’ll probably spend at least a day or two in Bangkok. There’s plenty to see and do in the capital, but it’s perhaps best to start with the Grand Palace. This is the number one sightseeing attraction in the city, and it’s staggering in historical significance and craftsmanship. The grounds are a maze of royal halls, temples, and ancient relics, the most important being Wat Phra Kaeo, Temple of the Emerald Buddha. A relic within this temple is said to be a piece of bone or hair from the enlightened Buddha himself. Allow several hours to do the Grand Palace justice, but if you’re up for more walking afterward, you can easily take in some of the city’s other major landmarks. The famous Wat Po and Wat Arun, the Temple of the Dawn (a great place to watch the sunset), are also nearby. And as Bangkok is a main hub for international travel, it’s a great starting point for excursions throughout the country.

Switzerland is an unbelievable beautiful location but also one of the most expensive. Not having your legal papers in order can cost you a lot here. So we will discuss the amazing locations and also the practical tips regarding insurance and other legal stuff. The Matterhorn, Switzerland’s iconic pointed peak is one of the highest mountains in the Alps. On the border with Italy, this legendary peak rises to 4,478 meters, and its four steep faces lie in the direction of the compass points. The first summiting in 1865 ended tragically when four climbers fell to their death during the descent. Today, thousands of experienced climbers come here each summer. At the foot of this mighty peak, lies the charming village of Zermatt, a top international resort with horse-drawn carriage rides, quaint chalets, and world-class restaurants and hotels. To preserve the air quality and peaceful ambiance, motorized vehicles are banned in the village. In the winter, skiers can schuss down more than 300 kilometers of slopes. In the summer, swimming and tennis are popular pursuits as well as hiking, biking, and climbing in the surrounding mountains. Summer glacier skiing is also available.

You must see Costa Rica at least once

An awesome country : Costa Rica : Costa Ricans take pride in the National Theater, which is considered to be the most impressive building in San Jose. In the 1890s, the ruling coffee barons voted for a tax on coffee exports in order to fund the construction of the theater, and European artisans were imported to design the building. Completed in 1897, the building features a classical Renaissance columned facade topped by statues symbolizing Dance, Music, and Fame. Inside, the pink marble foyer features allegorical figures of Comedy and Tragedy, and painted murals depicting themes in Costa Rican life. The most famous of the paintings is one showing coffee harvesting and export painted by Arturo Fontana in Milan in 1897. The mural highlights the three-story horseshoe-shaped auditorium that seats 1,040 people. There are regular performances in the theater, and a gallery featuring changing art shows by local artists.

Nearly all of the resort’s seafront is golden sandy beach, and with the bulk of the resort right behind there’s loads of shops and eateries to make your day a little more comfortable. There’s also a pretty little promenade running behind, decorated with wrought-iron lampposts and benches beneath the lush fronds of palm trees. Also try climbing the Puig de Missa hill to see the cute old church at the top.
